Full personal training session done online as if it were done in a gym setting, This can be done via zoom, FaceTime, or Facebook messenger video.

12 week full personalized personal training workout program including (foam rolling, mobility pertaining to your instabilities/injuries, 5 split body workout programs, cardio program, and nutrition program) with customized macronutrient/calorie goals and recipes/grocery lists as well as supplement recommendations per request. All workouts are guided through my custom branded fitness app!
Deposit for first session/program is required to finalize booking
I make it my number 1 goal to be not only the best trainer to help you achieve your goals, but to stand by you throughout your fitness journey in good and bad times. I find this approach gives my clients the most success. Being not only a trainer but a friend to support and walk the walk with you. I find trust and openness to be so important on this journey because it helps me get to know you, your habits and makes it that much easier to customize this experience to your lifestyle. All of my clients will tell you that I am their BIGGEST cheerleader and support system.
One of the most common issues in living healthy and getting fit is consistency and accountability. I offer 24/7 accountability to help keep you on your nutrition plan or motivate you to get to the gym when you just need that extra push! I will also help you continue to set new goals as old ones are achieved! Additionally I will be here to support you along your entire journey and set you up for success outside of our time together.
A lot of fitness coaches only provide clients with a general "copy and paste" type plan thats not individualized. This is means for minimal progress and hitting plateaus quickly. It also can cause more injuries in those with muscle/joint instabilities. To avoid plateaus, injuries and to maximize results I create programs tailored to YOUR body and lifestyle! I am a firm believer in assessing and updating our plan as your life and body changes to make sure you are getting optimal progress!
