Contact me via email or text message (preferred) stating your name, current goals, and dates/times that work to schedule your first session.
Our first session consists of a 1 on 1 conversation about why you want to work with me, goals, a little bit about your story and a little bit about mine. We will discuss your health history, any surgeries or injuries you have experienced and discuss my certifications and go over app set up. During the second session we will do an assessment, gather body stats and intro to foam rolling. The assessment portion is solely for the purpose of me getting to know the way your body moves under load and how your heart reacts under cardiovascular stress. This is a very important part of the session as it determines what exercises are prescribed and the amount of mobility work needed. During body stats in the second session I will take progress photos. measurements and a weigh in but DO NOT WORRY these numbers are for my eyes only as means to track progress. If you dont want to know your weight number you dont have to!!
Attire worn to all sessions should be athletic & comfortable. My studio temperature varies with the weather so if its hot, dress accordingly and if cold bring a sweater. If you take any medications write them down on paper so you don't forget. If you have any disease/condition or injury please bring a signed paper from a doctor confirming it's okay for you to partake in physical activity. If you have asthma please bring your puffer. Lastly, bring some water, a towel and most importantly remember that my studio is a safe space & we accept you as you are!!

I created a competitive price point of 60$ a session, in order to help as many people I can. I know finances are an awkward thing to talk about. I have a few payment options: you can pay per session, chunks upfront for a week, 2 weeks, 1 month or 3 months at a time. I offer flexible payment plans and no hidden fees. You can pay with debit or credit card, however first session deposits must be paid via Etransfer to confirm your booking. However, no matter what your financial situation is, we can work something out. Please inquire about referral rates if you were referred to me by another client!
NO! Absolutely not! For some reason people think that they need to be actively working out, or prepared to start this experience. That is 100% not true. Come as you are, all ages and beginners are welcome! I honestly believe it's better to come as if it's your worst day, be open hearted, open minded and let me know your true struggles you are experiencing. This will help me better understand in order to customize our plan and your experience even further with all details in mind. The only thing you need to make sure is that your doctor has cleared you for exercise & hasn't told you not to participate.
My programs consist of exercises prescribed specifically to the individual. It is a common misconception that any workout will work for everyone. The way to achieve the most success in a timely and safe manor is to give proper exercises of the full body pertaining to the client. My programs also consist of Cardio (least amount possible), foam rolling/mobility work (depending on injury/posture), and nutrition counselling through flexible dieting (macronutrient/caloric goals & tracking). All of your workouts will be available on my custom fitness app. The app has videos of the exercises and detailed instructions on what to do when you workout. In addition to all of this we work a lot on mental wellness, behaviour change and mental toughness. This part is the most important to help you be able to figure out why we make the decisions we do and how to get out of our negative cycles of habits.
